Q. How long are downloads valid for?
A. Downloads from Mvesesani are normally available for 30 days from time of purchase. Music under special promotion may be subject to different availability and will be indicated on the product page.
Q. Why isn’t the music I want to buy available in my territory?
A. Music distribution rights are a complicated thing. Some musicians & rightsholders will ask us to limit availability of their music to specific regions. Most of the music with region restrictions will be limited to the African continent.
Q. I’m having trouble downloading to my iPhone or iPad… Why?
A. Downloads from Mvesesani are encrypted, and unfortunately iOS devices have trouble decrypting our downloads. We recommend that you use either a laptop or desktop computer to execute your download, otherwise an alternative mobile device (Android, Windows Phone etc) will work.
