Q. How can I pay for music on Mvesesani?
A. You can pay for music on Mvesesani using an internet purchase capable Credit or Debit card. Mvesesani accepts Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards. Zambian users may also pay using virtual credit card numbers like the Airtel Money virtual credit card.
Q. Credit card? How safe are your transactions?
A. Security is VERY important to us. We serve the entirety of our website using SSL meaning that all communication with our servers is over encrypted connections. In addition to that, all card transactions are done through our card processing partner; the Visa owned Cybersource so we never see or store your credit card details at any point.
Q. How do I download music I have bought?
A. Music you have bought can be seen under “Downloads” on the My Account” page of the Mvesesani store. You will also receive a download link via email after your purchase. If you’ve already bought something; click here to see your downloads.
Q. How long are downloads valid for?
A. Downloads from Mvesesani are normally available for 30 days from time of purchase. Music under special promotion may be subject to different availability and will be indicated on the product page.
Q. Why isn’t the music I want to buy available in my territory?
A. Music distribution rights are a complicated thing. Some musicians & rightsholders will ask us to limit availability of their music to specific regions. Most of the music with region restrictions will be limited to the African continent.
Q. I’m having trouble downloading to my iPhone or iPad… Why?
A. Downloads from Mvesesani are encrypted, and unfortunately iOS devices have trouble decrypting our downloads. We recommend that you use either a laptop or desktop computer to execute your download, otherwise an alternative mobile device (Android, Windows  Phone etc) will work. If you must use your iOS device, try using the Documents app that is available in the app store.
Q. What currency is all this music in? How much is it in US Dollars?
A. All music on the Mvesesani website is priced in Zambian Kwacha ( ZMW ). To find the equivalent in US$ we would recommend visiting xe.com to find the latest rates. example: K89 in US$
